Action for Children Action for Children
Action for Children was delighted to team up with Lindt this Easter to bring you The Lindt Big Egg Hunt.
Our fun family event started in London, Covent Garden and then kick started a non-stop tour of the UK, offering exciting egg-hunts, giant chocolate bunnies and uniquely designed eggs by leading artists and celebrities.
Most importantly it gave a unique opportunity for us all to raise significant money to support vulnerable and neglected children in the UK.
Established in 1869, Action for Children is committed to helping the most vulnerable and neglected children in the UK. Working directly with more than 250,000 children, young people and their carers each year, we run over 600 services which tackle abuse, neglect, help young carers and provide fostering and adoption services.
We believe every child has great potential – our aim is to help them break through any injustice, deprivation or inequality they may face to unlock this.
None of the work we do would be possible without the generosity of our supporters. With your support we can be there for the children and families of the UK – as long as it takes.
Just £3 is enough to provide a hungry child with breakfast for a week at an Action for Children family centre or help to put food on a family’s table. Please text FOOD to 70123 to give £3 now.*
This will help children like Ryan this Easter.
When Ryan’s Father lost his job due to illness, the family were faced with impossible decisions like paying bills or putting food on the table.
We were able to provide emergency food and support the family through these hard times.
Please text FOOD to 70123 to give £3 now.
Will you be there for children as long as it takes?
Thank you
* You will be charged £3 plus one message at your standard network rate. Action for Children will receive at least £2.96 and we would like to call you soon to discuss on-going support. If you’d rather we didn’t, text OUT to 70060.
