Lindt Chocolate BunnyAfter a long week of searching by our faithful Facebook and Twitter Sherlocks, we have finally been able to track down little Eggbert. Turns out he was playing hide and seek at the Royal Exchange Theatre – right next to his fellow eggs in Manchester City Centre!

This week, we decided to settle the age old debate of which came first, the chicken or the egg, by sending a rubber chicken and our mascot Eggbert to the edge of space with only a parachute and a high definition camera for company – to see who came back first. Ged Wells first became well-known as an artist in the mid-1980s while competing internationally in skateboarding, writing for skateboard magazine R.A.D and founding the Insane skateboard clothing brand which he recently relaunched. He designed the Idler snail logo and one hundred of his drawings can be found in The Book of Idle Pleasures. He has exhibited at London’s Pure Evil gallery and The Modern Institute in Glasgow. Recently he created an elephant sculpture-filled, sound and light diorama at the Port Eliot festival entitled ‘Teleport Opto Elephonics’.

Chris Martin spends much of his working day deleting emails from misguided Coldplay fans, but any remaining time is spent tongue to cheek and crayons in hand. Chris also has a vicarious fascination with notions of friendship and love, things he is yet to experience thanks to his unwavering dedication to his art.
