Following his studies at Central St Martins in London, Benjamin Shine set up his creative studio in 2003, establishing a multi-disciplined approach that strives for purposeful, memorable and timeless design. Notable for his innovative products, furniture, clothing, installations and mixed media artworks, Shine continues to push the creative boundaries through constructional ideas and craftsmanship. He accepts commissions and consultancy work for a wide range of companies and sectors. To date, Shine has amassed a diverse catalogue of clients encompassing international fashion labels, product and interior manufacturers and international Arts and Design institutions. Shine’s work has been recognised through accolades including, The International Red Dot Design Award, The Enterprising Young Brit Award, The Courvoisier Future 500 Art & Design Award and The 2011 Chief Ministers Export Award for Arts and Entertainment in Australia.
