The Big Egg Auctions
Each of the eggs in The Big Egg Hunt is a true collector’s item. They’ve been designed by some of the most inspirational creative figures and organisations in the country, and are all magnificent in their own right. Now, through two very special auctions, we’re giving you the chance to bring home one of these unique creations.
Proceeds from the auctions will go to Elephant Family and Action for Children and. Not only are you acquiring a unique piece of art, but you’re making a valuable donation to two very deserving charities.
Live Auction
The Faberge Big Egg Banquet is an exclusive ticketed event which will see 30 stunning eggs go to live auction on Tuesday 20th March.
Amongst the 30 dazzling egg sculptures being auctioned by Sotheby’s, the night will also see a Faberge unique couture Egg pendant go under the hammer. Le Collier Plume d’Or will be on view at Harrods Fine Jewellery Room from 21st February to 2nd April and at the Faberge London Boutique, 14A Grafton Street, Mayfair from 2nd – 8th April.
Chocolatier, William Curley will also break headlines for the most expensive chocolate egg ever sold!

Online Auction
The Big Egg Hunt online auction is now open! You have over six weeks to hunt down your favourite eggs and then bid for them online. You could be the owner of a completely unique piece of art.
Bidding is now open. Simply register here and get browsing – on the streets or online, everyone has the chance to buy one of these spectacular sculptures.
Bidding will close from 5pm on Monday, 9th April.
The eggs will be on display around central London for the duration of The Big Egg Hunt, and will all come together for The Grand Eggstravaganza on the Easter weekend.
