Hannah Luxton graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art, London in 2012. During her time there she received the Betty Malcolm Scholarship for Stage and Decorative Painting, and the fine art bursary awarded by the Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers. Recent public commissions include the City of London Festival and The 500 music festival. Hannah’s artistic enquiries are rooted in the Romantic notion of portraying divinity through nature. She juxtaposes the definitive qualities of geometry against the indeterminable qualities of weather, light and space.
