About the Egg
Daisy Clarke studied Fine Art and Ceramics at Camberwell College of Arts, and went on to take an MA in Communication, Art and Design at the Royal College of Art. Her painting has an otherworldly quality, instilled with magic and a dream-like serenity. Her individual style imbues a strange, unsettling atmosphere where fragile women and animals inhabit a melancholic landscape.
Her exhibitions of 2011 include ‘Small wonders’, Sarah O’Kane Gallery, Lewes, ‘Crash’ judged by Matthew Collins at The Charlie Dutton Gallery, London and was also shortlisted for Rise Art.
