A rising star in the field of animal portraiture, Martin Aveling draws inspiration from his years living in Africa. He’s held successful solo exhibitions in both Africa and Europe and is exhibiting in the United States for the first time this year. The driving force behind Martin’s work is his commitment to conservation of endangered wildlife, and through his work he continues to support the work of various wildlife charities. In 2010 Martin drew the first ever illustration of the newly-discovered Myanmar snub-nosed monkey.
